Cider Apple Vinegar has proven to be a very useful item in the poultry keepers arsenal.

The suggested dose is 20ml per litre for adult birds, and 10ml for chicks. It's important to shake it to get the sediment as well as the clear liquid. Some suggest only giving it one week in four, others give it nearly all the time.

You can also get ACV that contains garlic, this is commonly available as Gar rich ACV
